Singapore was easing more COVID-19 curbs, including lifting most restrictions for fully vaccinated visitors arriving in the country and dropping requirements to wear masks outdoors, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said on Thursday.
From March 29, people in Singapore will be no longer required to wear masks outside, and people will be permitted to meet in groups of 10, up from five previously.
Prime Minister Lee hailed it as a "major milestone" in the country's efforts to live with COVID-19.
