Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told the leaders of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization at a summit in Brussels that his country needs military assistance without restrictions.

"Ukraine needs military assistance without limits," he said in a video message on Thursday. "Ukraine asked for 1 percent of your tanks, give or sell, but there is no answer."
