U.S. President Joe Biden will visit on Friday a town near the Ukrainian border in Poland, which is hosting the biggest Ukrainian refugee population in the region with more than 2.1 million people.

During his visit to Poland, Biden will meet with Polish President Andrzej Duda to discuss a coordinated humanitarian response, White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters.
