China urged the United States to fulfill its duties as a responsible country in the international cyberspace and stop attacking global internet users out of political interests. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin made the remarks when answering a question about a recent report by Chinese cybersecurity company, Qihoo 360, that a group of hackers backed by the U.S. government has been attacking China for over a decade.
