Does NATO's set to reinforce its eastern flank with combat-ready troops to central and eastern Europe indicate that it has to abandon its 1997 pledge of "not one inch eastward"?  Former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Poland Grzegorz Kolodko said in his interview with CGTN's Kate Kui that he agreed with Henry Kissinger on NATO and Ukraine, "We can be western without being anti-Russia.
