Moscow says Pentagon is directly involved in developing bioweapons in Ukraine

The Russian Defense Ministry says the U.S. Department of Defense was directly involved in developing bioweapons in Ukraine. It says Russian experts have studied documents received from Ukrainian employees working at the laboratories which have shown that Ukrainian biological projects were directly developed and approved by the Pentagon.
