Four people were killed as Russian shelling hit a clinic acting as a center for humanitarian aid in the eastern city of Kharkiv in Ukraine, the regional police said in a statement on Friday.

"As a result of the morning shelling of civilian infrastructure from multiple rocket launchers, seven civilians were injured, four of whom later died," said a statement on social media.

Russia has not responded to the report.
