Emergency locator transmitter found after plane crash

Rescuers have found the emergency locator transmitter (ELT) installed near the second black box of the crashed Chinese passenger plane, said Zhu Tao, head of the aviation safety office of the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
Speaking at a press conference, the official said no survivors were located so far, nor the second black box.
