Russia could use nuclear weapons if security is threatened: Medvedev

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has told Russia's RIA news agency in an interview that Russia could use nuclear weapons if its security was threatened but believed that negotiations were the most correct way.
He also said relations between Russia and the West were worse today than during the Cold War.
