Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the opening ceremony of Doha Forum on Saturday via video link.
Zelenskyy called on energy producing countries to increase output. He also warned that no country is insured against shocks from disruptions to food supply happening due to the conflict in his country.
