Russia's military operation in Ukraine has lasted more than a month. The Ukrainian parliament says Russian forces have fired at a nuclear research facility in Kharkiv. The Kyiv regional governor says Russian forces have taken control of a town near the defunct Chernobyl nuclear plant. In Ukraine's western city of Lviv, local officials say multiple airstrikes have injured at least five people.
