Ukraine has asked the International Committee of the Red Cross not to open a planned office in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, saying that it would "legitimize" Russia's "humanitarian corridors" and the "abduction and forced deportation of Ukrainians," the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Public Health asserted via Facebook on Saturday.
