A Russian delegation arrived in the Turkish city of Istanbul on Monday for a new round of negotiations with Ukraine, Turkish media reported.

Early on Monday, the Kremlin said Russian and Ukrainian delegations will likely meet in Turkey on Tuesday. 

Ukrainian and Russian delegations have held three rounds of negotiations in person in Belarus since February 28, and a fourth round on March 14 via video conference.
