Turkey's Erdogan stresses need for ceasefire in talk with Putin

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, in a phone call, told his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin that a ceasefire and better humanitarian conditions were needed in Ukraine, his office said in a statement.
The two leaders also agreed to hold the next round of Russia-Ukraine negotiations in Turkey's Istanbul City.
