Latest development on Russia-Ukraine conflict:

- Russian and Ukrainian delegations will hold a new round of closed-door face-to-face talks in Turkey's Istanbul at 10:30 a.m. local time (0730 GMT) on Tuesday.

- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will hold a short meeting with Russian and Ukrainian delegations and deliver a speech before the talks, according to the Turkish presidential office.

- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed on Monday that Ukrainian forces had seized back full control of the town of Irpin. There has been no response yet from Russia.

- French President Emmanuel Macron planned to have a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday, according to the French Foreign Ministry.
