Russia summons Baltic ambassadors to reciprocate diplomatic expulsions

The Russian Foreign Ministry has summoned the ambassadors of the three Baltic states – Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania – to announce diplomatic expulsions "based on the principle of reciprocity," TASS has reported, citing an anonymous source.
