Finland restored rail services of national railway operator VR Group between Helsinki and Saint Petersburg on Wednesday, Reuters has reported.
Service had initially been halted due to UK sanctions against Russian Railways, but it was later clarified that the sanctions do not apply to VR Group's contracts.
