The Taliban says it looks forward to the midweek meetings in eastern China, where Afghanistan's neighbors are coordinating efforts to help relieve the country's worsening humanitarian situation. The meeting in Tunxi, east China's Anhui Province on Wednesday and Thursday will allow officials from Kabul to interact with diplomats of seven neighboring countries, including China, Iran and Russia.
