Ukrainian negotiator 'optimistic' after Istanbul talks

Ukrainian negotiator Mykhailo Podoliak on Wednesday said he is "optimistic" after talks with Russia in Istanbul.
A peace deal with Russia will be put to national referendum after Russia withdraws troops to February 23 positions, Podoliak said.
