Presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia hold phone talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday held phone talks with his counterparts from Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The presidents discussed the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh "with an emphasis on solving practical problems to ensure security and stability in the region," according to the Kremlin.
