Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Russian-Ukrainian negotiations are proceeding and there are no final plans and agreements, RIA reported.

The Ukrainian side demonstrated an understanding of the reality of the Donbas and Crimea during the negotiations, and Russia is preparing its response to Ukraine's proposals, Lavrov said at a news briefing after he met with his Indian counterpart on Friday.
