Boeing 757 lands safely after cockpit window shatters mid-flight

A Delta Airlines flight of Boeing 757 made an emergency landing after the cockpit window "spontaneously" shattered 30,000 feet in the air, multiple reports said on Friday.
Delta spokesman Anthony Black confirmed the "maintenance issue" in a statement sent to the media.
