IAEA says departure of Russian forces from Chernobyl is 'right step'

Rafael Mariano Grossi, director general of the UN nuclear agency The International Atomic Energy Agency, said the departure of Russian forces from Ukraine's Chernobyl nuclear plant is a step in the right direction and that radiation levels around the site have not changed.
