The Russian Investigative Committee said on Saturday that it has opened a criminal case over the attack on an oil depot in the Russian City of Belgorod.

The governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov said Friday that two Ukrainian military helicopters attacked the fuel storage facility, while Ukrainian officials denied responsibility for the attack.
