The world's first supercritical coal gas generating set was put into operation in Fangchenggang City of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The efficient utilization of coal gas generated with steel smelting has always been the core difficulty in the low-carbon transformation of the steel industry. The generating set, completely developed by China, sets a world record in operating pressure, temperature and efficiency.
