Explosion reported in Russia's Belgorod, no one injured

An explosion has been reported in Russia's Belgorod region, with debris falling to the ground, according to RIA news agency, which cited the head of the administration of the Yakovlevsky urban district, Oleg Medvedev.
Nobody was injured in the explosion, the report said.
