A new mass production line for low oxygen bright copper rods was put into operation in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on April 1. Employing the cutting-edge technology of continuous casting direct rolling, the production line, located in a new materials industrial park, is expected to produce 250,000 tonnes of low oxygen bright copper rods per year.
