Magnitude-5.1 quake hits waters off Japan's eastern coast

A magnitude-5.1 earthquake jolted waters off the coast of Fukushima Prefecture in Japan, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA).
The quake struck at a depth of 40 km, the JMA said.
No tsunami warning was issued, and there's no immediate report on damages and casualties.
