23 women died in boat crash in central Sudan

The Sudanese authorities announced on Monday that 23 women died when a ferry boat capsized and sank in the Sinnar State in central Sudan last week, Xinhua News Agency reported.
Five women and the captain survived, the report said, adding the women on board were farm workers on their daily commute.
