Restoration work has begun at an oil depot in Belgorod, Russia, that was damaged last week by fires, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov told local media on Monday.
"The damage is significant," he said.
Russia has blamed Ukraine for the accident, saying that fires broke out after two Ukrainian military helicopters attacked the fuel storage facility.
No casualties were reported from the fires and Ukraine has denied the Russian accusation.
