China says it always takes the Philippines as a priority in its neighborhood diplomacy, and its friendly policy toward the Philippines has maintained continuity. Foreign Minister Wang Yi made the statement during talks with visiting Philippine Foreign Secretary Teodoro Locsin in eastern China's Anhui Province. Wang said China is ready to work with the Philippines to speed up construction of key infrastructure projects, and provide COVID-19 vaccine assistance.
