Kim Yo Jong said Pyongyang would respond with nuclear weapons if South Korea launched a military attack. Kim is the vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and younger sister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's top leader Kim Jong Un.
