Moscow claims Bucha killings are 'fake'

Russia's ambassador to the United Nations on Monday said no civilians were killed while Russian forces were in control of the city of Bucha. He said if there were any killings, they must have taken place after Ukrainian forces entered the area. Stuart Smith has more from Moscow.
