Putin says situation in global energy sector deteriorating

The situation in the global energy sector is deteriorating due to non-market measures and pressure on Gazprom, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday, TASS reported.
Putin also said the West is trying to shift its own mistakes in the economic sphere onto Russia and solve problems at its expense.
