Russian emergencies ministry delivers 650 tonnes of aid to Ukraine

The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations on Tuesday said it delivered more than 650 tonnes of humanitarian aid to the Donbas region and other Ukrainian cities, RIA news agency reported.
