Vyacheslav Volodin, speaker of the Russian State Duma, on Tuesday described the situation in Ukraine's Bucha as "a performance staged for a Western audience," RIA news agency reported.
"The situation in Bucha is a provocation aimed at discrediting Russia," Volodin said.
