It's reported that Ukrainian forces have regained control of key areas of the north. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is set to address the United Nations Security Council later on Tuesday. It comes amid reports of civilian killings in the city of Bucha, just outside the capital Kyiv. Ciaran McQuillan reports from Lviv.
