NHC deploys 38,000 staff to support Shanghai COVID-19 fight

The National Health Commission (NHC) has deployed 38,000 medical workers and 2.38 million nucleic acid tests per day to support Shanghai's COVID-19 patient treatment efforts, and will continue to deploy forces as needed.
NHC officials reiterated that China is committed to its dynamic zero-COVID policy as new cases spike.
