Russia's military operation on Ukraine has entered its 42nd day. Russia has been shifting away from the capital Kyiv and is now focusing on major cities in eastern and southern Ukraine. In Mariupol, efforts by the International Committee of the Red Cross to evacuate civilians via convoy have failed with Russia and Ukraine blaming each other.
