China's State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi says dialogue and negotiation should be the right direction supported by all parties on the issue of Ukraine. He was talking to Israel's alternate Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid over the phone on Wednesday. The two sides also discussed their relationship and the Palestine issue.
