Moscow has warned that NATO's accelerated weapon deliveries to Ukraine will only aggravate the conflict. Vladimir Dzhabarov, first deputy chair of the Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs, made the statement as Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called for more arms from other countries.
