NATO foreign ministers are in Brussels to discuss more actions against the backdrop of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Ahead of the meeting, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba appealed for more weapons to fight off Russian forces. Kuleba welcomed a fresh wave of sanctions announced by the U.S., Britain and EU, citing the situation in Bucha. But he insisted Europe must go further. EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said that a fifth round of sanctions could be agreed by Friday. Dan Ashby reports.
