A gunman who killed two people and wounded 12 others in Tel Aviv's Dizengoff Street on Thursday was killed in an exchange of fire with Israeli forces, according to The Jerusalem Post. 

The shooting occurred in the center of the Israeli city, which is filled with restaurants and bars.

The shooter was found in Jaffa early on Friday morning and killed after a firefight with Israeli forces.
