Ukraine said more than 6,600 people were evacuated from humanitarian corridors on Friday. And the United Nations said more than 4.3 million Ukrainians have fled to neighboring countries. 

The European Union has decided to ban Russian coal imports after alleged Russian military atrocities in Bucha. U.S. President Joe Biden signed two bills on Friday, revoking normal trade with Russia and Belarus.  

Russia is taking countermeasures against Western sanctions. In response to Poland's expulsion of 45 Russian diplomats, the Kremlin said it will expel the same number of Polish diplomats from Russia.
