After weeks of shelling, at least 300,000 people remain in the city of Mariupol according to newly appointed mayor Konstantin Ivashchenko. Food and water shortages are still a big problem throughout the city and the internet is cut off completely. The shelling is still going on here and some people were sent to hospital.
