U.S. expands export restrictions for Russia, Belarus

The U.S. expanded the export controls imposed on Russia to Belarus on Friday.
The U.S. Commerce Department said in a press release that it formally added Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland to the growing global coalition of nations against Russia and Belarus through their implementation of similarly stringent export controls.
