Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine reopened in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv after having relocated it in the wake of Russia's "special military operation."
EU Ambassador to Ukraine Matti Maasikas posted a picture on his Twitter account of the EU flag flying at the delegation on Saturday.
