Russian High Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova confirmed on Sunday that another prisoner exchange had taken place between Russia and Ukraine.

"Last night, another exchange of Russian-Ukrainian prisoners took place. Among them are four employees of Rosatom and our valiant servicemen. Early this morning they landed on Russian soil," Moskalkova's revealed via Telegram.

Ukraine has not yet confirmed the development.
