EU blacklists 21 Russian airlines

The European Commission has included 21 Russian airlines, including Aeroflot, Rossiya, Pobeda and UTair, on the aviation security blacklist.
These companies are prohibited from flying to the airports of EU countries and over the territory of the Community.
