Local emergency authorities revised the number of people killed up to two after a gas explosion rocked a 5-story residential building in the town of Stupino near Moscow.
Another five were injured during the explosion, including a child, the regional head office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
Preliminary investigation of the incident showed the cause of the explosion was a gas leak, according to the emergency authority.
